Job Description

  • Work closely with Overseas office and HK headquarters;
  • Manage NPI projects from US office by coordinating a multicultural and cross functional teams in Hong Kong, US, Germany, China and Vietnam to develop program schedules, and track progress against plans in accordance with SOPs;
  • Ensure smooth product industrialization and mass production readiness by synchronizing different functions, such as Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Finance and external parties;
  • Assess the business justification by leading gross profit analysis, benefit-risk analysis, ROI analysis, budget and resource planning along the product life cycle to assist executive management in decision making; and
  • Travel to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam to support customer visits and audits, pilot production and mass production etc.

We are looking for

  • Bachelor degree in engineering;
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in project management with NPI knowledge in electronics manufacturing environment is a must;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
  • Strong technical and commercial competence as an electrical or mechanical specialist;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaboratively work with different stakeholders of the Group;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in PC skills, in particular MS Excel and Chinese word processing; and
  • Immediate available is preferred
